ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic significance of detecting serum anti-TgAb and anti-TPOAb in thyroid nodules.MethodsThe level of serum anti-TgAb and anti-TPOAb was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay in 160 patients with thyroid nodules, including 98 patients with thyroid carcinoma (TC),14 patients with thyroid carcinoma and Hashimoto thyroiditis(TC with HT),37 patients with nodular goiter (NG),and 11 patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis (HT) according to postoperative pathology. There are 15 persons in control group without thyroid disease or other autoimmune diseases. The level and positive rate of anti-TPOAb and anti-TgAb are analyzed.ResultsThe level and the positive rate of anti-TgAb in TC group are higher than NG group(p<0.05). The positive rate of anti-TPOAb in HT group is higher than control group, NG group and TC group. The level of anti-TgAb in thyroid carcinoma with lymphonode metastasis is higher than thyroid carcinoma without lymphonode metastasis. The level of anti-TgAb in thyroid carcinoma with lymphocyte invasion is higher than no lymphocyte invasion.ConclusionsAnti-TgAb can be used as characteristically detecting marker in distinguish thyroid carcinoma with nodular goiter. The level of anti-TgAb in thyroid carcinoma with lymphonode metastasis is higher than thyroid carcinoma without lymphonode metastasis.
