Background of theoryMedical abortion is a delicate use of drugs in early pregnancy termination. It is a kind of remedial measures for women of child-bearing age contraceptive failure, or mother's health conditions for pregnancy, or inappropriate to fetal abnormalities pregnancy termination of gestation. In recent years, because of the national family planning policy limit, reform and economic development, people increasingly open sex, pregnancy testing means of pregnancy test stick and urine test, popularization of outpatient and suitable for women of childbearing age-to medical abortion is increasing. At the same time, drug abortion to abortion failure, vaginal bleeding, menstrual disorder of complications is increasing. The Chinese medicine of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, auricular therapy has a good curative effect in preventing and treating the various complications which caused by medical abortion.ObjectiveBecause the ears and the vital organs closed, auricular application for menstrual disorder, amenorrhoea and gynecological diseases as reactive blood has certain curative effect in the clinic. The research mainly adopts prospective, randomized clinical research methods of auricular application in medicine in the treatment effect on flow observation and analysis, and provides a new way for the clinical treatment, and make effective auricular application scheme, and clinical operation norm, be helpful for clinical application.MethodsThe study adopts randomized, controlled method, and divided the patients who went to see the gynaecology of Guangdong TCM hospital into trial group (40 cases) and control group (40)in March 2009 to March 2010. The patients of trial group treated with conventional treatment and auricular application. The patients of control group treated with conventional treatment only. And using TCM symptoms, and two kinds of indexes treatment for clinical observation data input, finally will establish database and SPSS13.0, statistical analysis.Results1. The abortion rate of treatment group was obviously higher than control group completely cystic eduction, pregnant time is less than control group, both statistically significant (P<0.05). Explain auricular application can improve the abortion rate, shorten the pregnant completely out of the capsule.2. There are 70% patients of treatment group who stopped vaginal bleeding within two weeks, and the other group are only 37.5% patients. According to the curative effect of vaginal bleeding after flow, less than or equal to the amount for effective mallees menstruation, the treatment group therapy for 57.5% and efficient 27.5%. Both were compared, the significant difference (P <0.01). Auricular application reduce medicine after vaginal bleeding time continuous flow and vaginal bleeding effect than control group.3. Two groups of treatment of TCM symptoms after scoring was reduced, statistically, with scientific treatment group and control group can improve symptoms of TCM. But after treatment, in treatment group than controls, scoring with significant difference (P<0.01).4. In treatment group and control group of three kinds of symptoms, the ears are alone in treatment group and blood stasis, XieReXing, deficiency of curative effect in treatment group than in control group, the overall efficacy than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionsThe auricular application can improve the flow of drugs with complete abortion rate, shorten the time and reduce discharge at capsule after the flow of Yin medicine bleeding time and vaginal bleeding. Summarizes three kinds of Chinese medicines abortion typification of distribution, blood stasis syndrome, three majority use auricular application effect of the treatment group were better. Auricular application to improve medicine flow condition after the menstrual cycle is not obvious effect, further research and observation.
