Clinical Studies On The Promotion Of The Overall Rehabilitation With JiaWeiWanDai Decoction For The Type Of Spleen Deficiency Of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia After Loop Electrosurgical Excision

BackgroundCervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) includes cervical dysplasia and carcinoma in situ, it also calls cervical precancerous lesions, reflecting the development of cervical carcinoma in the continuum. Early detection and appropriate treatment of precancerous lesions positively can block the course of disease, prevention of cervical cancer. LEEP (loop electrosurgical excision procedure, LEEP) is widely used in the treatment and diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in recent years. With the launching of LEEP people pay more and more attention of the complications. Common early complications after LEEP are bleeding, infection etc. If the early complications are not dealed with properly, it may lead to the of occurrence of long-term complications, such as cervical stenosis, adhesions, obstruction, recurrence, cervical endometriosis.It is about 8 weeks when the scab turns off and the wound heals after LEEP, the discomfort to patients effects their life and work during the painful time. At present, we are still digging with prevention and treatment which has the prospect to reduce the complications of LEEP. Drugs and methods of Chinese medicine in the promotion of the overall rehabilitation after surgery has obvious advantagesPurposeThe patients who had finished LEEP because of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINâ… -â…¡) on the deficiency of the spleen use JiaWeiWanDai Decoction. Observe the treatment effection of this methods. Study how JiaWeiWanDai Decoction to promote the overall rehabilitation after LEEP and its mechanism.Research MethodsThis research uses randomized-controlled clinical trials. We collect 76 cases who had finished LEEP and were spleen deficiency women in Nan Hai Maternity and child care hospital. Derived them into 2 group randomly:the experimental group (combination of LEEP and JiaWeiWanDai Decoction), the control group (LEEP), both 38 cases. After treatment, the index and laboratory parameters of the efficacy were compared and observed between the two groups.ResultsVaginal bleeding, vaginal bleeding time, drain volume, drain time, wound healing time, review vaginal discharge cleanliness classification 5 weeks after operation of the patients were compared between the experimental group and the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). TCM and TCM after the treatment were compared by the two sample paired t test, (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the experimental group of TCM symptom score improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment of TCM was 100% and 81.58%. The TCM treatment of the experimental group was significantly higher efficiency.ConclusionsHad JiaWeiWanDai Decoction which can benefit Qi of spleen,Clear away Moisture of the body, dredge Qi of liver, eliminate the depressed, heat stop bleeding and promote the wound heal after LEEP could effectively reduces postoperative vaginal discharge,bleeding, cervical wounds accelerated healing, improve the clinical symptom and improve the quality of life of patients. They had a rapid overall recovery.
