Clinical Effect Observation On Plastering Zhixiang Poultice On Zusanli Points To Improving The Recovery Of The Digestive Function After The Abdominal Panhysterectomy

BackgroundThe gynecology abdominal surgical operation is the important treatment for the gynecology diseases. While because of injure, anesthesia, the inflammation and so on, the questions led by gastric and intestinal obstacle come one after another, which affect to the recovery of patients, extend the time in hospital, increase the incidence rate of many complications, even cause severe infection. At the present time, Western medicine primarily depends on the base therapy round the operation, pharmaceuticals and psychotherapeutic technique to achieve the purpose of improving the recovery of digestive function. Syndrome differentiation and many methods of TCM can also improve the unwell symptoms after operations and digestive function. According to the system, how to select a safe, valid, convenient and hurtless method has actively clinical meaning to improve the recovery of the digestive function and promote fast healing after abdominal surgery.PurposeThis research inquired into the effect on plastering zhixiang poultice on Zusanli points to improving the recovery of the digestive function and the influence of the lab test index after the abdominal panhysterectomy. It provided the scientific evaluation of the safety and validation for the recovery of the digestive function after the abdominal panhysterectomy.MethodThis research was a random and control experiment. It collected 90 patients who were received the abdominal panhysterectomy. They were divided into control group(30cases), western medicine group(30cases) and application group(30 cases). Control group received routine postoperative therapy to prevent i(?)ammation and supplement liquid. Western medicine group received combination of routine therapy and intramuscular injection of Vitamin B1. Application group received combination of routine therapy and plastering zhixiang poultice on Zusanli points. After the therapy, the three groups were compared with the clinical symptoms and the lab test index of the digestive functional recovery after surgery, for example the time of recovery of borborygmus, gas by anus and defecation, and improvement of the ion level and so on.ResultThis research expressed that in the aspect of shortening the time of passage of gas by anus and defecation post-operation, and improving the recovery of borborygmus, there was obvious difference between application group and control group (P<0.05); in the aspect of improving the symptoms after operation, there was obvious difference between application group and control group (P<0.05); in the comparison of the digestive function in the time of 72 hours after post-operation, the total cure rates of application group, western medicine group and control group were 65.5%,51.7% and 33.3%, the difference of between application group and control group was obvious (P<0.05); in the aspect of the ion level of post-operation, there was obvious difference between application group and control group (P<0.05) on the WBC ion lever.It was obvious that in the aspect of promoting the air getting out the intestine, letting out the stool, the recovery of borborygmus and doing with the unwell symptom after the gynecology surgical operations like disgusting, reject to eating and the abdominal distention and ache, the application group had bright curing faction. In the comparison of the difference of the ion level of post-operation, the application group has effect on the WBC ion lever.ConclusionThe intervention of plastering zhixiang poultice on Zusanli points has important effect on the digestive functional recovery after the abdominal panhysterectomy. Additionallv, they can alleviate the unwell symptoms that led by the operations obviously. Thus they can help the patients to recover physically and mentally.
