The Clinical Study Of Adjuvant Treatment Of Acute Appendicitis With Shuang Bo You Gao

PurposeTo evaluate the clinical effect of Shuangbo You Gao adjuvant treating for acute appendicitis when the symptoms of peritonitis is mild or not fit for operating, by observing the changes of indexes, including clinical symptoms physical signs and laboratory data.Methods60 Patients with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into (the treatment group) and (the control group). The patients in the control group were treated by the normal treatment (gastro-intestinal decompression,anti-inflammatory,supplying water, electrolyte and energy); The patients in the treatment group were treated by Shuangbo You Gao paving on McBurney point based on the normal treatment. The changing of the clinical symptoms and physical signs before and after 3 days treatment was noted. And we observed the blood routine before and after treatment in patients with the change of WBC, neutrophil percentage.Results1. The significant decrease of the point of clinical symptoms was found in the two groups after treatment (P<0.05). The point of abdominal pain in the treatment group is lower than the control group in the first day and second day (P<0.05).2. The score of two groups calculated by Nimodipine. The cure rate of the treatment group was better than the control group in the second and third day (P<0.05). Although the effective rate of the treatment group was similar with the control group after therapy (P>0.05), the effective cases of the treatment group was more. 3. We observed and compared the change of WBC, neutrophil percentage in two groups, there is remarkable significance compared after therapy (P<0.05). The change of WBC after the therapy between the two groups is similar (P>0.05), but there is remarkable significance compared for the change of neutrophil percentage between the two groups. Conclusions1. The Shuang bo you gao adjuvant therapy acute appendicitis can relieve the clinical symptoms and shorten the time of abdominal pain symptoms, the efficiency is better than the simple normal treatment.2. The Shuang bo you gao external application of early acute appendicitis did not obviously affect WBC, but it helps significantly reduce the neutrophil percentage.
