Interdisciplinary research methods have been used study of mechanism of heat transfer during the organ cold preservation. The research on experiment of thermal properties of kidney and organ preservation solution and the cell morphology in this paper is done with the new technology and methods, which is high concern research in the field of Bio-heat transfer science. Furthermore, as a topic of common concern, it is a key problem that has to be solved during cold preservation in kidney heat transfer mechanism by adopting theory and mother of thermal science.Advanced technology being adopted in experiment and theory research not only a way that makes them scientifically, also makes them deeply. Based on knowledge of existing research states and receding jobs a new technology is lead-in to get the relevant parameters of kidney and organ preservation solution. Considering the accurate measurement of coefficient of heat conductivity is always the basic characteristic parameters on Bio-heat transfer study, the MDSC is attempted in the paper to get it indirectly; and to obtain the freezing point for kidney and preservation solution. In depth research organ preservation solution conducted Freezing point test under different conditions; thermophysical properties means system is taken in use to measure the thermal conductivity, specific and thermal diffusion coefficient of organ preservation solution; Through low-temperature micro cooling system in the kidney tissue, observed the cell morphology of vitro renal at the different cooling rate and cryopreservation temperature. The microstructures were analyzed and compared by tissue section.The measurement result for the thermal conductivity of kidney by taking use of MDSC is influenced by some factors. Although the results are almost the same with the reference data, but there are differences between them. Freezing point temperature fluctuates by a small margin, because of renal cortex and medulla has different structure. There was a difference of 0.1℃between freezing point temperature of kidney and organ preservation solution. Compared with cooling rate, found that the smaller the cooling rate, the better the integrity of renal cell morphology, cell membrane damage more light. Cell structure was damaged with faster cooling rate, in particular, tubular structure has been more serious injury. It must be pointed that experimental study of function cells is difficulty and complex. It is a preliminary attempt and need further explore.
