A study about the time of stabilization of Hypothyroidism patient's thyroid gland function with Levothyroxine treatmentObject Levothyroxine was used respectively for treatment of hypothyroidism in patients.detect the serum Free triiodothyronine(FT3),Thyroid hormone(FT4)and thyrotropin (TSH) reflection the thyroid gland function,to research the time of stabilization of Hypothyroidismpatient's thyroid gland function with Levothyroxine treatment,at the same time,record the change of symptom and blood fat inpatients.Method thirty patients who were first suffered from hypothyroidism or have stop peros druges for six weeks were divided into three groups according to state of an illnesson purpose of research(the group of A is sTSH<50uIU/ml, the group of B is sTSH50-100uI U/ml,the group of C is sTSH>100uIU/ml).All the patients were asked to take orally levothyroxine since beginning, 100ug each time and one times per day.All the patients's FT3,FT4,sTSH have been recorded according to s schedule including'prior to taking medication','four weeks later,five weeks later,six weeks later,sevenweeks later and eight weeks later,'have recorded all the patients's TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C later four weeks and eight weeks later to taking medication.Results (1) Afer four weeks to five weeks,due to the help from the medication,the sTSH of patients in therapy group A have minor difference on close together weeks.thus,it is statistically well indicated that the sTSH of patients in therapy group A is stabilization (P>0.05).(2)A minor difference of sTSH of patients in therapy group B have showde on close together weeks after six weeks to seven weeks (P>0.05).(3)the sTSH of patients in therapy group C obtained stabilization on seven week later to eight week later,except the sTSH on seven week later to eight week later,the first three weeks have comparatively large discrepancy is the witness.Conclusions In the course of rep lacement therapy with levothyroxine in patients suffer hypo thyroidism,need to confirm the patient's condition to change the drug does.At the base of serumoutcome of thyroid gland function,The patients's sTSH is less than 50uIU/ml should change the drug does on four week to five week after taking medication;the patients's sTSH is 50uIU/ml to 100uIU/ml should on six week to seven week later; the patients's sTSH is greater than 100uIU/mlshould on seven week to eight week later,to confirm the thyroid hormone be situated in normal limit.
