Study On Centralist Tender For Drug Purchase In China

Differs from some European countries, Chinese drug dispensation doesn't separate from the medical practice. All those lead to serious commercial bribes and high drugs price which the people cannot afford. In order to solve these problems, since 2000, China has carried out the Centralist Tender for Drugs Purchase (CTFDP) in all medical institutions. Till now CTFDP has put into practice for about a decade, certain effects are obtained, but commercial briberies in Chinese medical circulation and the"difficulty and high cost of getting medical"problem are not solved thoroughly.Loopholes are still found which cause information distortion. In this article, the author will find out the related factors and then analysis the CTFDP system. Based on the above work, the article will give some suggestions to improve the system so as to remove those factors. In this way, information distortion during the phase of centralist tender for drugs purchase in China will not be a problem.
