Objective : To evaluate the biological measurements before cataract surgery on intraocular lens forecast accuracy, clear corneal cataract incision on corneal astigmatism caused by the impact of visual acuity to establish quality control system for cataract surgery in the content department. Methods A total of 39 randomly selected patients with cataract (40 eyes) received the top temporal (right eye) or nose at the top (left eye) length of 3.0mm of clear corneal incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery, more surgery compared with the preoperative corneal refractive error of predicted value, as well as the dynamics of corneal astigmatism changes. Results after 1 week refractive error of 0.441±0.605D, 1 month after refractive error value of 0.435±0.591, both compared to non-significant difference (P> 0.05), mean preoperative corneal astigmatism was 1.119±0.854D, 1 week after corneal astigmatism was an average of 1.429±0.648D, 1-month average corneal astigmatism is 1.262±0.788D, after 1 week of preoperative corneal astigmatism and compared the difference was significant ( P <0.05), after 1 month of preoperative corneal astigmatism and compared the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Simple subtraction to calculate surgically induced astigmatism at 1 week was 0.328±0.711D, 1 month after surgery was 0.165±0.691D, calculated using vector analysis 1 week after surgically induced astigmatism value of 1.126±0.995, 1 month after surgically induced astigmatism value of 0.941±0.868. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Study concluded that cataract surgery should be the ideal visual quality rehabilitation, surgery units must set up to assess preoperative measurement of the intraocular lens of biological accuracy of the forecasts and changes in corneal astigmatism at the core of the quality control system, biometric correction value, while reducing surgically induced astigmatism, improve the quality of cataract surgery.
