Objective:Analysis of intra-arterial thrombolysis(IAT) for acute vertebro-basilar arterial occlusion of clinical efficacy and impact factors. Methods:Retrospective analysis 37 patients'treatment of IAT vertebra-basilar arterial occlusive disease in my department from June 2004 to November 2009, according to its operation in the 90 days after mRS grading results, and explore the factors influencing IAT.Results:The vascular recanalization rate is 64.86%. Occlusion of the vertebral artery patients of recanalization rate is 27.27%. Occlusion of the basilar artery patients of recanalization rate is 80.77%. From the onset beginning distance intravascular the time period of IAT is less than or equal to 6 hours in rate of 85.71%, the survival rate is 52.38%, another group is more than 6 hours of patients, these two values are 37.5% and 18.75%. The preoperative GCS is 12-15 points of the survival in patients with 72.22% and the preoperative ESS is greater than 35 points of the survival in these patients with 71.43%. The patients'survival rate of revascularization can be successfully established is 50%. The vascular blockage sites and the ESS and GCS of preoperative scores are closely related to the efficacy of IAT and these are the prediction of independent factor. Conclusion:The higher the score of the preoperative ESS, the vascular blockage sites farther and farther apart, then the effect of IAT better. The vascular blockage sites and the preoperative ESS and GCS scores are closely related to the efficacy of IAT, these are the prognosis of independent risk factors, and other factors related to the pending further research.
