The Influence Of The 2 Types Of Clinical Staging System To Therapia For Hilar Cholangiocarcinoma

Aim:To introduce the etiological factor,clinical classification, diacrisis,and to approach the clinical value of Bismuth-Corlett staging system and Blumgurt. staging system therapia for hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:40 patients diagnosed hilar cholangiocarcinoma were selected as subjects. The date include their clinical symptom and the meth of therapia. Then induction the meths of therapia by Bismuth-Corlett staging system and Blumgurt. staging system。Approach the clinical value of these 2 types of staging system to Therapia for Hilar Cholangiocarcinoma.Results:By Bismuth-Corlett staging system:3 patients had I tumors got exairesis.7 patients had II tumors got exairesis.10 patients hadⅢa tumors,5 patients got exairesis,the rest 5 patients got drainage.8 patients hadⅢb tumors,7 patients got exairesis,1 patients got drainage.12 patients had IV tumors,6 patients got exairesis,the rest 6 patients got drainage. By Blumgurt staging system:14 patients had T1 tumors and 14 patients had T2 tumors all got exairesis.12 patients had T3 tumors got drainage. Conclusions:Surgical resection has been the mainstay of curative treatment for cholangiocarcinoma. Bismuth-Corlett staging system is helpful to chooce the form of the operation,but can't judge the respectability of the tumor. Blumgurt staging system places the findings of portal venous involvement and lobar atrophy into the proper context for determining respectability,especially when partial hepatectomy is an important component of the operation approach.
