The Treatment Of Vertebral Fracture/Dislocation Of The Cervical Spine Without Spinal Cord Deficit

Objective:To study the curative effect of treatment of cervical fracture/dislocation without spinal cord deficit. Methods:Retrospective analyse clinical manifestation, imaging treatment and curative effect of sixteen cases Of vertebra fracture/dislocation of the cervical spine without spinal cord deficit.2 cases with conservative treatment,5 cases with anterior surgery,2 cases with anterior and posterior surgery. Results:In the conservative treatment group,all the cases got the functional reduction, but they still felt pain of the neck 4 months after the treatment. The surgery groups were no death, infection or fixation failur-e. X-ray manifested that the dislocation was renified。without joint subluxation or kyphosis.Conclution:the surgery treatment was the first choice of the vertebra fracture/dislocation of the cervical spine without spinal cord deficit.
