ObjectiveTo explore the clinical character and therapy methord of secondary hyperparathyroidism due to chronic kidney disease.MethodsTo observe and retrospective analysis the clinical information which come from the sample include 216 patients with chronic kidney disease 3-5 period in the first affiliated hospital of China medical university kidney department during Dec.2008 to Dec.2009.ResultsThe incidences of SHPT in the three groups of CKD 3-5 period were 25%,61.8%,89.9%, respectively. Clinical analysis showed that SCr,ALP and serum Ca were correlated with PTH significantly (P<0.01). In addition, lower the serum phosphorus can ameliorate the clinical symptom of SHPT. The decreased levels of serum phosphorus were positively correlated with the decreased levels of PTH (P<0.05).Conclusion1. At the early stage of CKD(CKD3 period), SHPT can occur.2. SCr, ALP and serum Ca are correlated with PTH significantly (P<0.01).3. The treatment of lower phosphorus can ameliorate SHPT, combining with Rocaltrol will elevate the standard rate of PTH.
