ObjectiveTo inverstigate the clinical value of duodenoscopy combined w th laparoscopy in management of cholecystolithiasis and common bile duct stones.MethodsThe clinical data of 62 cases between Oct,2008 and Dec,2009 with cholecystolithiasis and common bile duct stones received endoscopic sphincterotomy and endoscopic naso-biliary drainage combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment, no complications of duodenal bleeding, duodenal leakage, cholangitis and pancreatitis.Results1 case failed in multiple descending part of duodenum diverticui a; 1 case laparotomy in severe adhesions around the gallbladder;60 cases success in EST,ENBD,LC, Success rate:96.7%,hospital stay:5-14 days,average:9 diys.No severve complications of the duodenal leakage, duodenal bleeding, acute cholangitis, and bile leakage in endoscopic operation.ConclusionsDuodenoscopy and laparoscopy for gallbladder and common bile duct stones with small surgical trauma, quicker recovery, light postoperative pain, etc, with good value.
