ObjectiveTo observe postpartum uterine contraction pain and wound pain after Cesarean delivery in a single intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil combining with low-dose of morphine in the epidural analgesia.Methods80 ASA I or II women aged 23-45yr. were scheduled for elective Cesarean delivery under combined spinal epidural anesthesia. The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients each. Group M received placebo (Fat Emulsion Injection 5ml) iv injection, and Group FM received flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg iv injection after clamping the umbilical cord. Two groups were given epidural injection of morphine 2 mg at the end of sewing up peritoneum. The Verbal analogue scale(VAS) score, the analgesia duration and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded at 4 h,6h,8 h,12 h,16hand20h.ResultsThere was no significant difference in wound pain scores between the two groups (all scores< 3cm). However, the FM group had significant lower uterine contraction pain scores than did the M group at 4 h,6 h,8 h,12 h,16h and 20h after Cesarean delivery (P<0.05). The duration of analgesia of the two groups were 21.15±0.83h and 24.15±1.06h respectively(P<0.05). The incidences of nausea or vomiting, pruritus, and bleeding were not significantly different between two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionA single intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil combined with morphine in the epidural space can be used for analgesic after Cesarean delivery, which can prolong analgesic time and reduce the pain scores in evaluation without increasing side effects.
