Background:With the arrival of senescence in our country, hip fracture of aged people are accounted more and more in in-patients. There are two methods to treat the diseases, surgical treatment and conservative treatment, surgical treatment can reduce the time on bed, let aged people to walk early and reduce the complication of long time on bed.For the subsidence of the gastrointestinal function and the reason of anesthesia, psychological and medical factors, aged people usually surfer from gastrointestinal dysfunction, affecting the nutritional state of them, weakening the shield of intestinal tract, then prolong the time in hospital, increase the medical cost, degrade the quality of life of the patient.Therefore, we should think highly of it, preserve it early , treat it in time, my tutor applied modified Sanren soup to treat this disease in long-term in clinical and achieved fine therapeutic effect.Objective:Retrospectively analyze the therapeutic effect of modified Sanren soup in treatment of the gastrointestinal dysfunction after hip fracture operation in aged people.Summarize the experience of Sanren soup in treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after hip fracture operation in aged people. Then guide the clinical practice and promote the rehabilitation of function of gastrointestinal and extremity. Methods:This study use the retrospective methods to compare the symptoms before and after the treatment of Sanren soup, then to illustrate the therapeutic effect in treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after hip fracture operation in aged people.Results:There were 22 males 70 females in the 92 objects, the oldest was 92 years and the youngest was 60 yeas, the average age was 75 years, there were 52 femoral neck fracture, there were 22 femoral intertrochanteric fracture, there were 11 femoral head ischemic necrosis; There were 55 THA,6 FHR,6 hollow screw,5 PFNA,17 DHS,2 reconstruction nail,1 DCS and 1 Intertan; In the whole cases, the dialectical was dampness pathogen, in the accompanying syndrome, blood stasis was the most common. Before the treatment of sanren soup, the symptom classification score was 13.42±3.12, after the treatment of sanren soup, the symptom classification score was 2.12±2.29, in the whole 92 cases,33 cases healed completely well,44 cases had marked effect,5cases had effect and 10 case without effect, the total cure rate was 89.13%. The average treatment time of sanren soup was 4.43±2.36 days.Conclusion:The incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction after hip fracture operation in aged people were very highThe TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Gastrointestinal dysfunction after hip fracture operation in aged people was dampness pathogen, combining with heat, there was more damp while little heat, modified Sanren soup could relieve clinical symptoms effectively, improve the appetite of aged people and have good clinical therapeutic effect;For the reason of gastrointestinal dysfunction after hip fracture operation in aged people, we can take some preventive measures to reduce the gastrointestinal dysfunction effectively.
