| ObjectivesTo obtain the distribution statistic frequencies of Chinese medicine constitutional type of cholecystolithiasis, analyze the distribution patterns of Chinese medicine constitutional type, and explore the correlation of Chinese medicine constitutional and cholecystolithiasis. Thereby, to enrich the contents of cholecystolithiasis syndrome-based differentiation and establish a scientific system of cholecystolithiasis syndrome-based differentiation. Moreover, to preliminary study on the regulation of daily life with patientes of cholecystolithiasis.MethodsAdopted the epidemiologisal study and unitization case control. The 300 cases was altogether of the men who were diagnosed cholecystolithiasis in the TCM hospital of Guangdong Province from November 2008 to March 2010, and 300 normal persons as members of a control group. Collected the clinical data for two groups including the general information, characteristic of chinese medicine constitutional type, blood fat and result of abdominal B-ultrasonic examing, ect. Summarized all the information and make a database,and make the result by SPSS13.0 software. Compared the differentiation between two groups with the distribution patterns of Chinese medicine constitutional type, diet, BMI and blood fat. Used the T test for the mean comparison, and X2 test for the rate comparison. There were significant differences if P<0.05.ResultOf the whole 300 cases of cholecystolithiasis in the study, male 149 cases, female 151 cases. The distribution of cholecystolithiasis physique characteristic was as follows:blandness harmony condition 16 cases, whose rate was 5.33%;Qi deficiency condition 48 cases,whose rate was 16.00%;Yang deficiency condition 13 cases, whose rate was 4.33%;Yin deficiency condition 14 cases, whose rate was 4.67%;phlegm damp condition 122 cases, whose rate was 40.67%;moist heat condition 64 cases, whose rate was 21.33%;blood stasis condition 12 cases, whose rate was 4.00%;Qi stagnation condition 11 cases, whose rate was 3.67%, there were no people who were special disposition condition. The distribution of the cases of Chinese medicine constitutional type was phlegm damp condition>moist heat condition>Qi deficiency condition>blandness harmony condition>Yin deficiency condition>Yang deficiency condition>the blood stasis condition>the Qi stagnation condition>special disposition condition. Phlegm damp condition and moist heat condition were the common Chinese medicine constitutional type, they were 62.00% of all. Compared with the control group, the cases of moist heat condition in the cholecystolithiasis group were more, and there was a significant difference between two groups in moist heat condition (P<0.05).There were no significant difference between two groups in other conditions (P>0.05).People in the group of cholecystolithiasis who liked sweet or oily food took a certain percent,it was 18.33% and 16.00% of all. Also, there was no significant difference between two groups in diet (P>0.05). The levels of BMI, Triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol of patients with cholecystolithiasis were higer than normal group,and the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol were lower. There was a significant difference between the cholecystolithiasis group and control group in the value of Triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (P<0.05).ConclusionThe distribution patterns of cholecystolithiasis of Chinese medicine constitutional type are regularity. The physique basis of cholecystolithiasis patients is overwhelmingly of solid physique (phlegm damp condition, moistheat condition), and it hints that people who are phlegm damp condition or moist heat condition,especially moist heat condition are more likely to fall ill of cholecystolithiasis than other conditions. Cholecystolithiasis is cause by multiple factors, such as diet,lipid metabolic disorder. We could make some effects on prevention and cure cholecystolithiasis with chinese medicine.
