With the development of medical testing, monitoring and treatment, each process of disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment produces more and more data, so the people have to use the hospital information systems and large data warehouses to manage these data. The comprehensive clinical data can assist the doctors to make right decision on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. But on the other hand, a large number of these medical records are variety and data processing, analysis and presentation are often independent of each other, so the situation of "data rich and information poor" is appear. Instead, these increase the burden of doctors'reading, memory, analysis data, and then affect the accuracy and timeliness of making clinical decision.Electronic medical records systems are used to collect, browse and record clinical information within the medical institutions to achieve effective support for various clinical processes. In recent years, visualization techniques are increasingly being applied in visualizing integrated patient records. The existing integrated medical information display technology organizes and browses the electronic medical records data through the form of classification and establishing time coordinates. However, it lacks the expression of the data relations. And the understanding of these relations plays an important role in all-round understanding of patient's medical history, current health status and treatment plan. So it is significance to study the medical information integrated view which displays all kinds of data relations.This thesis proposes the "time-behavior-associated" integrated visualization method base on analyzing the electronic medical record data and their description methods; analyzes and concludes the types of the medical act relationships based on RIM; designs the visualization methods for all kinds of data and act relationships; then accomplishes the design of integrated view; after that, it uses the integrated visualization methods to visualize the data which are produced by the diagnosis and treatment of a gastric cancer patient. At last, we quoted a self-designed questionnaire for medical practitioners of the tumor sections at a hospital in order to assess the research work of this dissertation. The evaluation shows that it is necessary to visualize data relations in clinical practice, and the integrated visualization methods design in this dissertation is effective.
