Objective:Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a) is a kind of cytokines with variety biological effects, TNF-a has anti-tumor, anti-bacteria, anti-bacterial and parasitic effects, and also involved in issues such as heart failure and other serious pathological physiological processes, and with the aggravation of cardiac insufficiency gradually increased。To study the influence of patients'plasma Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a) level on accepted cardiac pacemaker implantation pacing by right ventricular septum (RVS) and right ventricular apex (RVA) at early stage, Provide a basis for clinical to choose a better pacing sites。Methods:DDD pacing was performed in 25 patients who were according to the proportion of ventricular pacing site and pacing were randomly divided into three groups:(1)RVA pacing group RVA pacing and after 3 months the proportion of right ventricular pacing≥95%9, (6 males,3 females) with a mean age of 67.33±8.14 years; (2) RVS pacing group RVS pacing and after 3 months the proportion of right ventricular pacing≥95%9 (male 4, female 5) cases with an average age of 68.78±7.36 years; (3) the control group 3 months after right ventricular pacing in the proportion of (5%7 (male 5, female 2), with a mean age of 67.57±6.21 years. Three groups of sex and age composition in patients with no significant difference (P> 0.05).We compared the patients'plasma Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a) level between the there different groups。Results:Preoperative:control group,RVA pacing group and RVS pacing group, three groups were no statistical significance between them on TNF-a (P>0.05); one week after operation:three groups were no statistical significance between them on TNF-a (P>0.05), three months after operation:RVA pacing group is higher than it's preoperation, one week after operation on three months after operation, differences were statistically significant (P>0.05); RVS pacing group were no statistical significance between it's preoperation, one week after operation and three months after operation (P<0.001), RVA pacing group is higher than RVS pacing group on three months after operation, difference was statistically significant (P>0.05)。 Conclusion:The patients who need for pacemaker with no significant right ventricular conduction block, RVS pacing compared with RVA pacing increased level of serum tumor necrosis factor-a is less, indicating that right ventricular septal pacing in favor biventricular synchronous electric excitement, less impact on cardiac function, right ventricular septal Pacing is expected to promising an ideal site ventricular pacing。...
