Objective:The model of rats with severe acute pancreatitis-associated multiple organ dysfunction by this study. The use of enteral microecopharmaceutics nutrition for their intervention, comparing the sham-operated group, SAP group and intervention group in all three groups. In order to evaluating the effect of on inflammatory response and multiple organ dysfunction in severe acute pancreatitis rats by enteral microecopharmaceutics nutrition.Methods:Detection of serum amylase: The detecting of serum amylase by automatic biochemical analyzer;Detection of MIF: The use of ELISA method;RT-PCR experiment: detection of TLR-4 mRNA in pancreatic and small intestine tissues;ET-1 and MIF expression tests in cells: ET-1 and MIF expression in pancreatic tissue, kidney and small intestine tissues by two-step method using S-P staining;Lung tissue wet/dry ratio: thoracotomy immediately removed the right lobe of the lung using an electronic balance, said after the wet weight at constant temperature oven to constant weight to calculate the wet/dry ratio;Histopathological score observation of the pancreas, lung and kidney tissue: according to Gross by HE staining;Results:The successful construction of the rats with severe acute pancreatitis-associated multiple organ dysfunction; For serum amylase and MIF, sham-operated group was significantly lower than SAP group and intervention group; SAP group was higher than the intervention group;Pancreas and small intestine tissues in sham-operated group, ET-1 and MIF has no obvious expression. In the SAP group, ET-1 and MIF expression was high and is lower in the intervention group;The expression of TLR4 was not obvious in sham-operated group, the expression level in the SAP group was significantly higher than the intervention group;The lung tissue wet/dry ratio of sham group was significantly lower than the intervention group and SAP group, lung tissue wet/dry ratio in the SAP group was higher than the intervention group;Sham-operated group of pancreatic tissue necrosis was not obvious; the extent of pancreatic necrosis in the SAP group is higher than the intervention group.Multiple organ dysfunction was not obvious in sham-operated group and damage was serious in SAP group, histopathological score was higher in SAP group than in intervention group.Conclusion:Enteral microecopharmaceutics nutrition can significantly reduce the inflammatory response in rats with severe acute pancreatitis, reduce serum amylase and MIF, reduce the expression of ET-1 and MIF, reduce wet-dry ratio of the lung tissue, improve multiple organ dysfunction and reduce inflammation injury to the pancreatic tissue.
