Study On The Present Situation And Performance Analysis Of Urban Community Public Health Service In Fujian Province

Objective:With the continual development of urban community public health service,it is necessary to summarize the achievements and problems,to find out the related factors of community public health service project.This study aims to investigate the present situation of urban community public health service in Fujian province, analyze the performance through the special evaluation,generalize the main factors so as to come up with relative suggestions for government promoting the development of urban community public health service.Methods:The deta was collected by the document review,on-spot survey and questionnaire survey to analyze the present situation,the performance results and the main factors of urban community public health service in Fujian province.Conclusions:The conclusions can be concluded as following:Firstly,the project of urban community public health service in Fujian province can be initially operated.The network system has been initially builded,but there are some shortcomings in supporting facilities,human resources,financial conditions to different extent.Even then the number of urban community public health service still has been increased.Secondly,the results of performance analysis are not satisfactory.Except for information management,expanded programme and communicable disease management, serious psychosis management,they are failed to pass the examinations of projects,including health education,child health care,woman health care,elderly health care,chronic diseases management,social evaluation and so on.The entire quality level of urban community public health service is low.Thirdly, the realization of urban community public health service are effected by the external support,supply-side and demand-side.The influence factors include the government's supporting policies,propaganda working,departmental coordination, and deap-seated system problem;the community's understanding,recognition,examination system and personnel level; the residents'awareness and so on.Finally,the promotion of urban community public health service calls for further improvement in policies and conduct.It is suggested that we shoud integrate resources in order to sut up community health service brand;perfect regulationgs in order to build up community health service staff;insure the program fund put into effect;attach importance to urban community public health service and consummate"six in one"service function;find out demands and formulate policies to attract residents;speed up the tempo of pilot probe to offer the basis for government promoting the development of urban community public health service.
