A chemicals enhanced synchronous scanning-dual wavelength fluorimetric method for simultaneous determination of epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine has been described, to improve the selectivity and the sensitivity of detection, provide basis for clinical diagnosis. Study and discuss the mechanism of effect preliminarily.Catecholamine neurotransmitters(CAs) are the important neurotransmitters in body, they are closely related to human health. The reconstituents of human body are very complex and the concentration of CAs is low, so it is difficult to determine accurately. In this paper we study a micellar enhanced and a rare earth ions enhanced synchronous scanning-dual wavelength fluorimetric method for simultaneous determination of CAs in body, we study the effect of enhancement and intercomparison the effect of enhancement of the two methods respectively. Established and compared of two detection method provide the basis for choose the method to determination of CAs in body . The thesis is separated into four parts. In the first chapter, the normal detection methods of CAs in body and the research progress of chemicals enhanced spectrofluorimetry are introduced to interpret the objective and significance of the experimental study. In the second chapter, a micellar enhanced synchronous scanning-dual wavelength fluorimetric method for simultaneous determination of epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine has been described. To examine the effect of the micellar enhanced and the factors as pH, the type and dosage of ordered medium (surfactants and cyclodextrin), reaction time, product stability, and so on which affect the intensity of systematic fluorescence. The results show that a micellar enhanced is introduced to synchronous scanning-dual wavelength fluorimetric method, and satisfactory results are obtained by the proposed method for determination of trace amounts of neurotransmitters in several synthetic samples with the method is simple and a good enhancement effect, a high accuracy and precision. It will play an important part in clinical diagnosis and foundation study. In the third chapter, a rare earth ions enhanced synchronous scanning-dual wavelength fluorimetric method for simultaneous determination of epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine has been described. To examine the effect of the rare earth ions enhanced and the factors as pH, the type and dosage of rare earth ions, reaction time, product stability, and so on which affect the intensity of systematic fluorescence. The results showed that, a rare earth ions enhanced is introduced to synchronous scanning-dual wavelength fluorimetric method, and satisfactory results were obtained by the proposed method for determination of trace amounts of neurotransmitters in several synthetic samples with the method is simple and a good enhancement effect, a high accuracy and precision. It will play an important part in clinical diagnosis and foundation study. In the last chapter, compared a miceller and a rare earth ions enhanced synchronous scanning-dual wavelength fluorimetric method for simultaneous determination of epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine. And compared the processing conditions of samples and reagent, the detection conditions, the linear, the precision, the recovery, the detection limit and the determination results of samples. The results show that rare earth ions enhanced method is simple, a wider linear range and lower detection limit. There are no significant differences between the two methods with the precision, the recovery and the determination results of samples. Each of the methods has its own characteristics, but the rare earth ions enhanced method is better, both of the methods could used the determination of CAs.
