| Objective: To observed clinical efficacy of Xiao-Yin-Wan in the treatment of resting stage psoriasis vulgaris (the type of Xue Xu Feng Zao) by 90 cases patients with clinical studies outpatients with psoriasis.Methods: 90 patients with quiescent psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 45 cases and control group 45 cases. Two groups in age, gender, disease duration and severity of disease and so are comparable. The treatment group was given peroral administration of the Xiao-Yin-Wan; the control group, peroral administration of the Di-Yi-Pian; two groups were applied externally Vaseline. Ovserve the change of total integral before and after treatment, analyzed statisticallyResults:1,The total effective rate in treatment group was 82.22% and in the control group was 57.78%.2,Total integral after treatment within the two groups were decreased, the difference was significant (P <0.05) between the two groups (P <0.05).3,Xiao-Yin-Wan was more different significance than Di-Yi-Pian in total integral (P <0.05) .Conclusion:1.Xiao-Yin-Wan psoriasis lesions can significantly reduce the area of erythema, infiltration, scaly and itching and other symptoms, its effect is better than Di-Yi-Pian;2. Xiao-Yin-Wan to treat psoriasis vulgaris(the type of Xue Xu Feng Zao) is safe and effective prescription. |
