Preparation Method Study Of Acetyl Cellulose Aqueous Dispersion

For solving a series of problems,in the preparation process of osmotic pump controlled release tables,it is that organic solvent can pollute the environment and bring toxicity to operator.The article studies the preparation technology depthly about coating material being changed from acetyl cellulose to aqueous dispersion.New method—inversion of emulsion,alcohol demulsification-centrifugalization dispersion method, is utilized to acetyl cellulose aqueous dispersion.Through screening emulsifier variety and usage amount,ratio of organic phase solvent,dilute multiple of emulsion and demulsification way,the best preparation technology of acetyl cellulose aqueous dispersion is definited according to acetyl cellulose aqueous dispersion settling velocity,particle diameter and disposition.Prescription compatibility,particle diameter disposition and stability of the acetyl cellulose aqueous dispersion is studied.Experimental result indicated that mean diameter of acetyl cellulose aqueous dispersion is 1.40μm.Citric acid ethyl ester selected is plasticizer.Casting film method is applied to prepare dissociation film of acetyl cellulose aqueous dispersion.The study determines vitirifaction temperature,mechanics property, water vapor permeability and eluting ratio of solubleness material of acetyl cellulose aqueous dispersion dissociation film.
