The Evaluation Of Occupational Disease Prevention Kap Survey And Intervention Effect Of Midong Industrial Park Workers In Urumqi

Objective:To investigate the occupational disease prevention knowledge, attitude, practice of MiDong industrial occupational disease prevention knowledge propaganda and health promotion more effectively. Methods:Choosing statisfiedrandom sampling method, taking out MiDong industrial park workers of Urumqi who worked more than 6 months and older than 20 years old as researched object to answer practice about occupational disease prevention and the way of getting education information. Through a variety of forms such as media progaganded, providing propaganda material, conductiong course of lectures about occupational disease prevention to educate the researched workers, and intervened the effect of health education. Results:There were 900 workers participating in baseline survey, the score of question paper about occupational disease prevention knowledge was 14, the average score of baseline survey research object was 7.41±2.42;The score of the meaning of occupational disease prevention was 6,the average score of baseline survey research object was 4.26±1.43;The score of occupational disease prevention practice was 8,the average score of baseline survey research inject was 3.62±1.89.The factors affected knowledge score were work years,educational level, ecoonomic income;The factors affected meaning score were the score of work age and konwledge;Age, education level, knowledge score and meaning score affected the score of practice;Age and education level affected the whole score of "knowledge attitude practice". After the health intervention we have surveyed 880 workers,the average score of occupational disease prevention knowledge was 10±2.18, occupational disease prevention meaning was 4.29±1.66,occupational disease prevention practice was 3.70±1.94.The score of MiDong industrial park workers before and after intervening body significant difference by statistic test (P<0.05).And the score of attitude and practice had no obvious difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:1) It was not optimistic about the occupational disease prevention knowledge of MiDong industrial park workers, the factors that affected knowledge score were work year, education level, economic; 2) Most of the workers in MiDong industrial park in Urumqi could realize the harmfulness of occupational disease and importance of occupational protection correctly, but on occupation practice, it was terrible to carry out the measures of occupational protection correctly and effectively. The factors which affected meaning score were work years and knowledge score;The score of work years, education level, knowledge were affecting the score of practice; 3) The factors which affected the whole score of "knowledge, attitude, practice"were age and education level; 4) After the health intervention which took a variety of ways and means, the knowledge of MiDong industrial park workers improved obviously, and the statistical test of occupational protection knowledge realize rate of MiDong industrial park workers was significant difference after health education (P< 0.05).The score of attitude and practice had no obvious difference (P>0.05)...
