Endocrine disruption chemicals, also called environmental hormones, act as estrogens in human and animal bodies. Most of them are discharged into the environment with the production and the life of the humanity .It has been found that endocrine disruption chemicals existing in the environment have adverse effects on endocrine systems in human and animals and reduce the ability of reproductive and immunity, leading to neurological disorders and various physical abnormalities. In recent years,Endocrine disruption chemicals have become the third environmental problem after the global warning and ozonosphere destruction. Now the research on the screening and determine the endocrine disruption chemicals have become one of the hotspots of environmental science.Bisphenol A(BPA),Nonylphenol(NP) and Octylphenol(OP) are considered as confirmed environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals. Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBP-A) the same as BPA is an important industrial material widely used in plastic products .It is a potential endocrine disrupting chemical similar to persistent organic pollutants and it has been reported that TBBP-A may degrade to BPA during anaerobic soil processes. Furthermore, Alkylphenolehtoxylates (APEOs) are some kinds of non-ion surfactants, which are widely used in the textile industrial production. It arouse researcher's general attention because its outgrowth(such as dioxane) and final metabolic production(such as NP,OP)has strong toxicity. These substances enter the human survival environment of water, soil and air through various channels, that will be a potential threaten to our health. In this study, the comprehensive analytical methods based on high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-single mass and tandem mass spectrometry with ultrasonic extraction through the optimizer of solvents, temperature, time of extraction conditions have been established for determination of BPA and TBBP-A in plastic products. The research showed that extraction can reach a good performance with dichloromethane at 50℃under ultrasonic for 60 mins. BPA and TBBP-A were obtained good resolution and high sensitivity with the mobile phase of methanol and water (80:20). Based on the injection volume of 2μL, the linearity range of method was 0.1~2.0μg/mL, and the detection limits(S/N=3) was 0.003-0.005μg/mL for base on single mass. The recoveries for spiked samples were 85.4%~97.6% and the precision is 4.7%~6.3%. The method for determination of BPA and TBBP-A using GC-MS in plastic products has also been developed for client's requirements. PCB209 has been used as internal standard. The sample is derived with acetic anhydride and triethylamine after ultrasonic extraction with DCM for 60 mins; It is very effective to avoid sample residue problem through replacing liner. The linearity range of method was 1~10μg/mL., and the detection limits(S/N=3) was 0.05-0.07μg/mL.The recoveries for spiked samples were 83.4%~105.7%In addition, the method for determination of APs and APEOs using LC-MS in textile and plastic products has also been developed. The preparation condition is as follow: for textile, using methanol as solvent, ultrasonic extraction for 60 mins at 70℃; for plastic, using DCM as solvent, ultrasonic extraction for 60mins at 50℃.Based on the injection volume of 2μL, the linearity range of method was 0.1~3.0μg/mL., and the detection limits was 0.005~0.010μg/mL. The recoveries for spiked samples were 84.6%~104.8% and the precision is 1.2%~6.5%。The newly established method is simple, fast, sensitive, economical and easy to popularize.
