Objective:Retrospective analysis of atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis in 60 patients with clinical data, to investigate atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis in the clinical features for atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis in the early prediction of clinical basis for screening provide clinical data of secondary hypertension.Methods 60 patients with atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis clinical data were collected。These clinical data included age, blood lipids, blood pressure, fundus photography, upper arm-ankle pulse wave velocity, neck vascular ultrasound and other clinical data.Results (1) 56.67%of ambulatory blood pressure in patients with blood pressure control is not ideal; (2) 78.33%patients withⅡ,Ⅲgrade hypertensive retinopathy; (3) 70%of patients with upper arm-to speed up the ankle pulse wave velocity, suggesting that atherosclerosis (4) 6.7%of patients with abdominal vascular murmur; (5) 80%of patients there neck vascular sclerosis plaques; (6) 16.17%patients with hypertensive renal damage; (7) 18.33%of patients increased renin activity.Conclusion Atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis is not a typical clinical manifestations, On the basis of the routine examination, when found in carotid atherosclerosis and difficult to control hypertension should be considered whether had the ARAS. and further relevant examinations should be performed...
