| ObjectiveSummary of patients with cerebral thrombosis secondary to femoral neck fracture characteristicsMethodsFrom January 2003 to December 2008,diagnosis and treatment of cerebral thrombosis secondary to femoral neck fracture in 21 patients in our hospital, three cases:ipsilateral lower extremity skin traction bed lines fixed, three cases:routine surgical needle fixation and limb skin traction therapy,15 routine simple:bipolar hemiarthroplasty surgery. The results of different treatments were compared.ResultsThree patients treated with skin traction were not healed, one patient died after 1 month,1 patient died after 6 months; three patients treated with needle fixation in patients were not healed, one case combined needle fracture; 15 Routine artificial femoral head replacement surgery patients,1 patient suffer intra-articular infection,1 patient failed to walk,13 patients were able to walk through the proper training after the operation.ConclusionsCerebral thrombosis secondary to femoral neck fracture patients, such as physical conditions permit, should choose a relatively small surgical trauma and to an early off-bed activities, surgical treatment of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement. |
