Conclusion:1.The conclusion is bring out not only from appearance, but also from body weight that the mitigate wrinkle group and whitening group of the whitening and moisturizer emulsion do not cause allergy to the pig cony's skin,and do not have sensitization.2.The result shows not only from appearance but also from the pathology that the whitening group and mitigate wrinkle group of whitening and moisturizer emulsion do not have obvious stimulation to albino rabbit.3.According to the detective of each bore's absorbance in 492 wavelength, determine that the IC50(A value)of mitigate wrinkle group is 2.736mg/ml,the IC50(A value)of whitening group is 2.575mg/ml.According to the Cosmetic Toxicity Reference of European Union Laboratory,the mitigate wrinkle group and whitening group of the whitening and moisturizer emulsion have minimum or zero cytotoxicity.
