Clinical Observation Of Ulcerative Colitis (UC) Treated By Retention-enema Combined With Point-injection

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and adverse of treating ulcerative colitis of Large intestine damp-heat with Combination Treatment,which combine Compound Qing-bo-granular formulation retaining enema with acupoint injection therapy by Astragalus injection.Methods:90 patients with ulcerative colitis of Large intestine damp-heat were divided into three groups at randomly,every group was 30 patients.the Western medical group was treated with SASP;the Chinese medical group was treated with Compound Qing-bo-granular formulation enema;the combined group was treated with Combination treatment,which combine Compound Qing-bo-granular formulation retaining enema with acupoint injection therapy by Astragalus injection. The therapeutic coure for three groups was 30 days.The efficacy and adverse events of this drug were evaluated on the basis of the clinical improvements of symptoms and colonoscopic changes.Results:1.Colonoscopic changes:The totally effective rate of combined group came to 50.0%,while that of Chinese medical group was43.3% and Western medical group was 73.3%.there is a significant difference among three groups(P<0.01),The best one was combined group; Chinese medical group was better than Western medical group.2.Symptom of UC:The totally effective rate of combined group came to 90.0%,while that of Chinese medical group was 83.3% and Western medical group was 73.3%.Treatments alleviate Symptom of UC,the best one was combined group,medical group took second place.3.Comprehensive effect of UC:The totally effective rate of combined group came to56.6%,while that of Chinese medical group was 53.3% and Western medical group was 40.0%.Comprehensive effect of UC of UC,the best one was combined group,the worst one was Western medical group.Conclusion:the clinical curative effect and adverse of treating ulcerative colitis of Large intestine damp-heat with Combination Treatment,which combine Compound Qing-bo-granular formulation retaining enema with acupoint injection therapy by Astragalus injection not only was better than Chinese medical group,but also better than Western medical group.
