Recently it has become a hot point in research. However its application is limited by its poor water-solubility, instability and easy-metabolized deficiency. In consideration of its simple structure, curcumin is still a fine leading compound. The pyrimidine-based curcumin analogues ensure the conjugated system complanation, which is necessary for their antitumor activity. In addition, it improves the compound's stability. Furthermore, the analogues were modified by trifluoromethane to become more metabolically stable. As a result,23 target compounds, whose anti-tumor activity have been studied, were synthesized. It has been found that four compounds can sufficiently inhabit the growth of human lung cancer cell A549, seven compounds can inhabit the growth of human Leukaemia cell HL-60, five compounds can inhabit the growth of human breast cell MCF7 and cervical cancer cell Fadu. The SAR of the analogues was summarizedThe two-photon spectroscopic properties of pyrimidine-based curcumin analogues' D-Ï€-A-Ï€-D structure were predicted. According to the test of 2PA cross-sections of FB2, it was inferred that these compounds have good spectroscopic properties. The trace method using at oil field is a widely used approach for evaluation. By means of analyzing the data of the oil's output we can assesses the homogeny of the well. A good tracer is characterized by the properties of low concentration, little adsorption, high stability, simple operation, high sensitivity and so on. Accordingly the laboratory and the pilot plant test on the tracer chemical was accomplished with simple preparation and relative low cost. The solvability, stability and adsorption were tested and was proved that the tracer chemical is suitable for application in oil well. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | curcumin, antitumor, 2PF, photosensitive drug, synthesis, structure-activity relationships, tracer, detecting techniques using at oil field | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
