Front-Mu Points Acupuncture Constipation Prevention Of Strok In Patients With Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture at Front-Mu Points to prevent constipation on post-stroke patients.This issue adopt comparison method to develop the academic thought of Chinese medicine which named"preventive treatment of disease"by prickling Front-Mu points and using acusector.this issue firstly gave us a demonstration for"preventive treatment of disease"to prevent constipation after stoke.in our hope,we want to supply a new train of thought and foundation for practice, as well as a method which could be safety and reliable for clinical.Methods: 90 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture prevention group (EA group) ordinary-acupuncture group (OA group), and blank control group (control group), each 30 cases. Three groups of patients are therefore correspondingly basic therapy, while OA group and the acupuncture points Tianshu Guanyuan, EA group on the basis of OA group used in conjunction with electro-acupuncture. Once a day, every 30 minutes, no other intervention control group. A course of treatment (10 days) after the observation of three groups of patients the incidence of constipation of the three groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of prevention.Results: The incidence of constipation: EA group was lower than OA group, acupuncture group was lower than the control group.Conclusion: Acupuncture Front-Mu Points can be effective in preventing constipation in patients after a stroke from occurring, and with the effect of electro-acupuncture is better than acupuncture.
