Clinical And Experimental Study On Treating Lung Cancer With Erlotinib And Fei Yiliu Heji

Objective:The objectives of the present study are to evaluate the effectiveness of Erlotinib and Feiyiliuheji in treating the lung cancer of Adenocarcinoma and to discuss its mechanism in treatment. Methods:The study starts with 70confirmed primary lung cancer of Adenocarcinoma patients who were randomly divided into two groups.35 patients within the Treated Group were treated with Feiyiliuheji and Erlotinib together. The other 35 patients within the Controlled Group were treated with Erlotinib only. The clinical therapeutic effects were then observed. Results:In the clinical study, the Treated Group showed better than the Controlled Group in symptom betterment, improving the quality of existence, focus stabilization and weakening cancer and enhancing the effects of treatment. Conclusions:The findings indicate that Feiyiliuheji is safe and effective in the combined-modality therapy of lung cancer of Adenocarcinoma, and may be decreasing the expression of VEGF, and halting the growth, and metastasis of the carcinoma cells, and reduce the side-effection of Erlotinib.
