Objective:To observe the gill of blood and acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to explore treatment of this disease, Bloodletting and mechanism for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation to provide a new idea.Research Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into gill blood group and the acupuncture group. Thorn pricking blood therapy combined with blood group acupuncture treatment, acupuncture group treated only with acupuncture. Bloodletting acupuncture points or select committee in the vicinity of the venae ecchymosis following day, Bloodletting and time, select the same two groups of acupuncture points are treated 1 day,6 times for a course of treatment, two groups of patients were treated before and Treatment of 1,2 overall efficacy evaluation after treatment, visual analog scale scores were signs and symptoms of statistical effects.Results:1. In the overall efficacy, the thorns of blood group and the acupuncture group was no significant difference (P> 0.05), shows the blood group and the acupuncture group thorns overall efficacy consistent, but the gill blood group after the first course of treatment cure rate and total effective rates were 33.3% and 70%, the second post-treatment cure rate and total effective rates were 56.7% and 90%, were higher than the acupuncture group.2. VAS pain intensity difference comparison, the difference between the two groups were compared before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05).3. Symptoms and signs score difference comparison, the two groups before and after treatment in patients first course of treatment, the second course of treatment there was significant difference (P<0.05), and to compare the difference before and after treatment are also significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Pricking blood group and acupuncture group of patients with lumbar disc herniation overall efficacy are improved, but the cure rate of gill blood group and the total effective rate higher than the acupuncture group.2. Pricking blood group and acupuncture group of patients with lumbar disc herniation pain and symptoms and signs have improved, but gill blood group than in the acupuncture group more patients to alleviate pain, our efforts to improve clinical symptoms and signs.
