| Objective:To observe the curative effect in treating anal pruritus after anorectal surgery with Xiao Fan San(XFS).Methods:60 cases of anal pruritus after anorectal surgery were divided into two groups at random:The therapy group with 30 cases was employed XFS. The compare group with 30 cases was treated by Hua Zi Ye Tang(HZYT).In the study,before and after treatment,the clinical symptom and the related indexes,such as curative effect was observed.ResuIts:The therapy group,cure and obvious effect rate was 80% with total effect rate of 100%,compared with the compare group cure and obvious effect rate was 23.3% with total effect rate of 80% and there were notable difference between two groups(P<0.05). The improving level of symptom after employed more significantly in the treated (P<0.05).Conclusion:the curative effect in treating anal pruritus after anorectal surgery with XFS is greater than HZYT.The efect can be achieved by improving the curative effect. |
