Objective:Use the questionnaire of TCM syndromes made by research for Adenomyosis to proceed the survey of clinical epidemiology. Make the statistical analysis for the spread rule of the TCM syndromes in Adenomyosis. Verify and reveal the spread rule of the TCM syndromes in Adenomyosis any further, so as to specify the differentiation of syndromes of this disease step by step. And study the relation between the regular rule and ages, education, abortion, dysmenorrheal, irregular menstruation, by investing clinical cases.Methods:Through investigating the heritage literature, we get basic information of main TCM syndromes with the paracmasis of Adenomyosis. Based on this, we design the questionnaire including general the information of patients, four methods of examination information. Completed the table initially, we invite specialists revise it, at the same time preliminary testing clinic, and form formal table of syndrome information at last. Through the questionnaire, we record in full the investigated basic clinical information. we use Epidata 3.0 mainly to enter and check the data. By means of the function of dump, we turn the function convert into the SPSS database document, and use the SPSS 11.0 software logarithms according to proceed next move to tidy up, check. For all articles of TCM syndrome collected, we use distribution frequency analysis, cluster analysis and Non-parametric test to classify the familiar syndrome differentiation factors of each syndrome type.Results:(1) In 92 cases of Adenomyosis patients, the TCM syndrome mainly includes four kinds:the syndrome of qi stagnation and kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis, the syndrome of Qi stagnation and with blood stasis, the syndrome of kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis and the syndrome of damp-heat accumulation with blood stasis, that is similar to the records appear in canonical documents, except lacking typical syndrome of cold accumulation with blood stasis and syndrome of intermingled phlegm with blood stasis. (2) The distribution of TCM syndromes in 92 cases of Adenomyosis patients has inner relation with the level of dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation, but has no relation with patient's age, school record, former times of abort or sterility. (3)In Adenomyosis patients, the level of CA125 have the relation of positive-going rectilinear correlation with the anteroposterior diameter of uterus.Conclusion:The kinds of syndromes in Adenomyosis patients manifested mainly concludes four kinds:the syndrome of qi stagnation and kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis, the syndrome of Qi stagnation and with blood stasis, the syndrome of kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis and the syndrome of damp-heat accumulation with blood stasis. Blood stasis is the key of onset. The distribution of TCM syndromes among patients who have different level of dysmenorrhea is not same. Severe level of dysmenorrheal has to do with the syndrome of qi stagnation and kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis.
