| Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of the therapeutic schedule Combining acupuncture,cupping and medicine to treat the Fibromyalgia Sydrome.Methods:Three centers, single blind, randomized controlled method were used,90 cases were divided into treatment group (acupuncture+cupping+amitriptyline) control group 1 (acupuncture+cupping) and control group 2 (amitriptyline), with the ratio of 1:1:1. The treatment continued for four weeks.The primary efficacy variable:Alleviation of the pain.We chose the McGill pain rating scale (MPQ), the number of painful points and the duration of pain to evaluate itThe secondary efficacy variable:the improvement of depression. We used 17 questions of Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) to evaluate it.Results:The cured-markedly effective rate was 65.0% in the treatment group, better than 15.9% in control group 1 and 16.1% in control group (P<0.000) The improvement of depression of treatment group was obviously superior to the control groups 1 and 2(P<0.000). No obvious adverse reaction was found during the treatment.Conclusion:The method of combining acupuncture cupping and medicine to treat Fibromyalgia Syndrome is efficacy superior than other two methods (only acupuncture cupping or medicine)... |
