Objective:To study the different effect of three fractions from BAUZGU-FULING TANG on Immunity Function of Local Gut of normal and Diarrhea Rats with Spleen Deficiency.Methods:rat models were induced with oral Dai-huang,Zhi-shi,Hou-po and feeded erratically after being Diarrhea Rats with Spleen Deficiency.And then the rats were orally administered different fractions for 7 days, at the same time the model group and normal group as comparison. The thymus index, the spleen index were determined and the content of sIgA in intestines tissue were detect with ELISA assay.Results:1. Histopathological observation of the model rats can be seen within the intestinal lamina propria edema, hyperemia, erosion, ulcer disease, mucosal thinning, some mucosal defect. Intestinal tissue injury score was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.01), drugs with different degree of intestinal mucosal injury in each group to restore.2. Immune organ index studies show that spleen index:model group was lower than control group (p<0.05), except atractylenolideâ…¢low dose group, complex low-dose group, low dose group components, and the remaining treatment group were higher than the model group (p<0.05); thymus index:model group was lower than control group (p<0.05), treatment group, the thymus index in addition to atractylenolideâ…¢in the low dose group, complexes of high, medium and low dose groups, group distribution of low-dose group Wu, other components than the model group (p<0.05);3. Secretory immunoglobulin A content:Bai Zhu Fu Ling Tang group, low dose total polysaccharides, component compatibility and high dose groups compared with the model group significantly increased (p<0.01). High dose of polysaccharide, atractylenolide high dose, high dose complex model group increased significantly (p <0.05); vasoactive intestinal peptide:the model group than control group (p<0.05), atractylenolide III high dose, high dose of complex, component compatibility and high dose lower than the model group (p<0.05), the rest of the treatment group and model group on a downward trend but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The extraction of Bai Zhu Fu Ling Tang and components of immune organs, intestinal morphology, SIgA secretion with different degrees of regulation, in which Bai Zhu Fu Ling Tang group, the total polysaccharide group, component compatibility group are obvious. One way may be the mechanism of Atractylodes and Poria Decoction extract reduced component model of spleen deficiency diarrhea abnormal increase of intestinal VIP, which lifted the VIP on the local intestinal mucosal immune function in over-inhibition, can modulate the local mucosal immune function role.
