With the development of society, the progress of science and technology, people's standard of living improves quickly, and the pace of people's life accelerate, job stress enhances constantly, and also many people could have unhealthy habit, these may make them suffer from all kinds of digestive sickness.However, traditional medical diagnosis expert systems focus on instead of the doctors; they don't do more research on the family health. So this subject puts forward based on that.First of all, the paper comprehensively analyzes the technology and developing trend of the medical diagnosis expert system at home and abroad. The construction mode of the traditional medical expert system is not so advanced; this may lead to the development of the medical expert system more slowly, in order to change the actuality, the paper imports the physiology model into the self-diagnosis system. The paper systematically and comprehensively discusses the approach and the resolution to the practical problems when utilizing multi-knowledge representations to modeling system construction, sickness cure principium,organ connection, sickness evolvement principium and the key routes of problem-resolving, and then studies and preliminary designs the construction of the digestive sickness self-diagnosis system. On this basis, according to the feature of medical diagnosis, the paper contrasts the advantage and disadvantage of the different knowledge representation in sickness diagnosis and deeply discusses physiology modeling method and the advantage of multi-knowledge representation.The paper demonstrates the basic theory and implements method of the rules automatically generation based on the script model and the key technology of the quiz strategy and conclusion validation in sickness diagnosis reasoning. It preliminarily researches the rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning in sickness diagnosis system application.According to the above basic theory and research results, the paper grasps the physiological dynamic model and static model based on multi-knowledge representation by using database as a whole, basically implements the sickness diagnosis of the body digestive system sickness. At the same time, it points out the limitations and inadequacies of the system and the future priorities and directions.
