Results:(1) In this study,302 patients with viral hepatitis SCL-90 total score 152.81±47.77, nine factors to depression scores highest, which is 1.90±0.63, the lowest scores of terror, is 1.46±0.57.(2) The factors affecting the psychological status of patients with hepatitis are gender, educational level, marital status, family economic situation, illness, age of initial diagnosis of hepatitis, hospital number, whether the medical doctor's advice, whether the patient attention to themselves by your doctor diet/ rest/exercise/working conditions of life, in patients after illness/learning/ working degree of influence, the family's attitude after the illness of patients, patients with the degree of knowledge about hepatitis, patients on the main way to knowledge about hepatitis, P<0.05. Multiple linear regression analysis of variables into the regression equation 4, of the order of life in patients after illness/learning/work impact, marital status, patient level of knowledge about hepatitis, cultural level(3) Marital status, patient knowledge about hepatitis, the degree of education and the psychological state of patients with a positive correlation, in patients after sick/study/work degree of influence with negative correlation to the patient's mental health.(4) The experimental group before and after the SCL-90 somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility four factor scores significantly, P<0.05.(5) Control group and experimental group in the hospital 2 weeks in the SCL-90 somatization, anxiety two factors scores was significant, P<0.05.Conclusion:(1) Viral hepatitis in different degrees of psychological problems.(2) The factors that affect mental health include:marriage, life in patients after illness/learning/work impact, patient level of knowledge about hepatitis, and cultural level.(3) Marital status as possible, the higher the level of mental health; patient knowledge about hepatitis, the more the better mental health; the higher education level, better mental health; ill patients after the live/work/study the greater the degree of influence, the worse the mental health.(4) The improvement of cognitive therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B with moderate psychological status have a more significant results.
