Surgical Treatment Of Giant Nevus Of Clinic Efficacy

Objection to observe and summerize the surgical treatment of congenital giant nevus of clinic efficacy.Methods Forty-eighty patients with congenital giant nevus were treated with both sides of the advancing skin flap suture after partial removal, or local skin flaps,or ortho-position skin flap, or skin soft tissue expansion, or free skin transplantation after resection based on the location and size of giant nevus. Here we observed the clinical efficacy of these treatments.Results all of the skin flats and skin grafts after resection were survived, and the appearance and function were satisfied.Conclusion according to the size, location of the giant nevus, choosing a different surgical method, taking the appearance and function into account, can achieve good clinical results.
