PurposeTo investigate the reliability and validity of Hospital of anxiety depression scale (HADS) ,Self—Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self—Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and doctor satisfactionquestionnaire and patient satisfaction questionnaire,we use those scale to evaluate mental healthand analyse the hospital satisfaction of patients and workers in the hospital; estimate the effectfactors of worker and patients'satisfaction and psychological state of their influencing factors ;discuss their psychology and satisfaction differences by the intervention of hospital medicalpsychology; use structural equation model to analyze the relationship between psychology andsatisfaction worker. So hospital managents can better know the truth of his hospital.MethodsHADS scale and patient self-satisfaction are surveyed the hospital of Shanxi MedicalUniversity of Hospitals , to calculate the reliability and validity of self- questionnaires andanalyse HADS scale and patient satisfaction, 192 (the sum of intervention) are surveyed hospitalpatients,we apply the multiple regression equation analysis of hospitalized patients with mentalstatus and satisfaction of their respective hospital factors; we use T test analysis of patient mentalstatus after intervention and satisfaction scores of hospital change the situation. SDS, SAS scalesand medical personnel about the self-satisfaction questionnaires were used for all of ShanxiMedical University Hospitals 252 medical officers questionnaire surveyed after the intervention,calculate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, SDS, SAS scales and medical personnelself-satisfaction. to get the hospital factors,we use the stepwise regression equation analysis ofpsychological state and medical staff satisfaction To get mental state and medical staffsatisfaction scores, we apply T test analysis of hospitalized patients after intervention thestructural equation model is explored doctors'psychological and medical staff satisfaction.Wecompare the Medical staff and patients questionnaire scores after intervention to evaluatechanges in medical staff of the effects of medical humanities education.Results(1) All cronbachαcoefficients were over 0.80, it illustrate that those scales have highreliability.The scales each item of hospital in the load factor and the selfless than 0.4 fitly set foreach factor for the number of dimensions, show that the scales have good structural validity.(2) By multiple stepwise regression analyse, the main factors of influence inpatients anxietyhave cultural degree, attitude of disease, family income, and the influence factors for hospitalized patients with depression have cultural degree, attitude of disease, age.(3)Through hospital staff degree of satisfaction analyse, medical personnel in the hospitalsatisfaction scores has no difference in seniority, but the titles, seniority, education, occupation ofhospital satisfaction assessment has difference, the title is higher, the more length of service,thelower of education degree, the high appraisal of satisfaction is much better.(4)Staff to hospital medical quality evaluation consensus is the main influence factors,followed by the hospital service attitute, the third is the technical level andthe staff is finally.(5) After the intervention of the patient, anxiety depression scores were both lower beforeand has statistically significant,by t-test (P < 0.05), it is said that satisfaction appraisal hasstatistically significant (P < 0.05) comparing with on invertation by t-test.(6) Using structural equation model of psychological and hospital staff satisfactionrelationship is analyzed, finally model fitting results (model fit indices RMSEA = 0.081, NNFI =0.929, CFI = 0.930, IFI = 0.918) was statistically significant (P < 0.01), the results show that thehospital evaluation, hospital leadership, our work were suffered effections by mental depressionand anxiety.ConclusionHADS, SDS, SAS scale of hospital and patient satisfaction questionnaire used in evaluatingmental health and the hospital satisfaction of patients and workers in the hospital has goodreliability and validity; Compared without intervention, the doctor-patients'anxiety depressionand hospital satisfaction were significantly better, which reveal psychological intervention tohospital worker humanities education training playing an important role.
