| Objective:In this paper by using three - dimensional electrocardiogram (3D– ECG), the authorsanalyze the relationship between atrial fibrillation catheter radiofrequency ablation postoperationrecurrence and atrial fibrillation atrial conduction time,conduction direction and amplitudechanges .Methods: (1)Choose Zhen Hospital, Capital Medical University in 2009-2010 confirmed theparallel RF ablation of atrial fibrillation 42 patients, 29 males and 13 females, mean age 57.5±12.31 years, and 24 cases of hypertension, coronary heart disease 4 patients are clinically stablebefore surgery, no significant heart failure, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, 34 patients withpersistent AF in 8 cases.
