Objective:In order to observe the diversification in patients being RFCA of serum Mb ,cTnI and CK-MB and the relationship between RFCA factors and markers of myocardial injury,We treat patients with PSVT by RFCA.Methods: In the group we collect 40 Tachycardia patients in our hospital from August 2009to July 2010, Including 14 males and 26 females, aged 17 years to 60 years(32 year±13 year) ,18 cases with Atrioventricular pathways (10 cases left, 8 cases right), 22 patients with dualatrioventricular node pathways. All patients had a history of repeated episodes of tachycardia, confirmed by ECG or electrophysiological examination. After treatment by RFCA we detecte theconcentration changes of Mb serum , cTnI, CK-MB 12 hours latter by ELISA and analyze therelationship between Mb, cTnI, CK-MB level, Discharge times, Discharge time, Dischargeenergy and impedance. We collect 40 cases who were determined to be the health examination inour hospital as healthy control group, including 25 males and 15 females, aged 17 years to 60years(34 year±15 year) . For testing the concentration of Mb, cTnI, CK-MB by ELISA, we takeperipheral blood 3ml.Results:There is no significant change in Mb, cTnI, CK-MB before and after the RFCA incontrol group. Compared with the preoperative, Mb, CK-MB were significantly higher 12 hourslatter(P <0. 05). CTnI increased significantly in the 12h after surgery (P <0. 01). It is proved thatthe elevations of Mb, cTnI and CK-MB after surgery is positively correlated with ablation timeand discharge times(P<0.05), and no linear relationship on mean ablation power andImpedance(P> 0. 05).Conclusion:It is safe to cure PSVT by RFCA. But RFCA can cause MMD and markers ofmyocardial injury increase such as Mb,cTnI and CK- MB. The elevations of Mb, cTnI andCK-MB is positively correlated with ablation time and discharge times, and no linearrelationship on mean ablation power and Impedance.
