Meanings of study:Along with the deepening of globalization, service trade has become an important part ofinternational trade.In recent years, the service trade presented a new trend, health service tradehas become one of the most important directions. As a social welfare industry, how to open thehealth service market effectively and ensure it can satisfy people's multi-level health needs hasbeen becoming an important issue of all countries. Due to the sensitivity of the health careindustry, many countries adopted a conservative attitude to the opening of health services market.CHINA is one of the countries that open health service market early and deep. In recent years,the policies of this field in our country experienced "open - constraints - reopen". In 2009, ChinaState Council's Opinion of Deepening the Reform of Medical Care System and The Report onThe Work of The Government 2010 pointed out that "to take fairness and efficiency intoconsideration at the same time, strengthening the government's responsibility and get the socialcapitals involved, guarantee the people's multi-level and diversity medical needs." these policydocuments outlined such vision: if the health service market want to satisfy people's diversityrequirements, they should choose the way of diversification. Therefore, to study the opening ofhealth service market in China has a positive influence in practice.Aim:To Review the veins and trajectory of health service trade in China, and then discusses theoperating mechanism of different trade patterns. Finally, analyzes the significance of this activityand its influence to China's health industry. Then provide some realistic evidence to the policymaker.Methods:The data of this research come from the following documents :< Compilation of Statistics for50 Years of PRC>; Ministry of Health; State Bureau of Tourism ;< The Report of WHO> (2000-2009); (2000-2010); OECD Based on the previous studies, the article first reviewed the veins and trajectory of healthservice trade in China by literature review, and then according to the GATS principles, classifyhealth service trade into 4 patterns to analyze: Cross-border Delivery, Cross-border Consumption,Commercial Existence and Movement of Natural Person.In the pattern of cross-border delivery, first, the author uses case analysis to analyze thecurrent situation of domestic and international long-distance medical, then according to theactual situation of our country, proposes the significance of developing telemedicine in Chinaand the existing problems, finally, puts forward strategy to solving the existing problems; In thepattern of cross-border consumption, at the beginning, the paper introduces the domestic andforeign medical tourism status, then does the SWOT analysis on China's medical tourism market,finally comes up with the suggestions of developing Chinese characteristic medicaltourism---TCM tourism; In the aspects of commercial existence, the article reviews the policychanges of recent 20 years in this field in China, using the value chain analysis to analyze theeffect that the foreign medical institutions brings to Chinese medical institutions, and, accordingto the amount change of foreign investment in health service field, uses panel-co-integrationanalysis to analyze the relationship between THES & FIC, then establishes the panel mixedestimation model, to describe the influence that the THES brings to Chinese health industry; Inmovement of natural person, the paper focuses on the influence to our diplomatic career and theinspiration to our country's medical personnel training.Results:1. In China, we take a good use of international resource through remote technology, whichhas a positive influence on China's drug development and medical education. Its most importantsignificance lies in: it advocates a train of thought to solve the problems of"expensive and hardto get of the medical care"that caused by uneven distribution of medical resources to establish acomplete E-Health network. But due to the limitation of our country's present conditions, it willbe a gradual process of construction.2. In China, the traditional Chinese medicine tourism has a great potential to develop. But inreal operation it does not fully exerting the superiorities, the exist problems such as: less ofnovelty ideas and old operating patterns. We should seize the opportunity of "ecology, greentourism" and "recuperate tourism", to develop new tourism products that fit for the demands, andto promote the prosperity and development of Chinese medicine in this way.3. The foreign investment in health service sector and the health expenditure of social spending part has the positive correlation relationships, which means the amount of investmentwill affect the health expenditure and the effect occurred in the future. In the other hand, foreigncapitals entering into medical fields will exert an influence to the public hospitals. It putsforward a higher request to the quality of health service.4. As a kind of human resources movement, the flow of health workers for foreign aidthough not included in the service trade statistics category, it does produced significant influenceto our diplomatic career; compare with other nation's export of hygiene human resources, ourcountry's situation is relatively backward, and this poses a challenge to our country's medicaltalent training mode.Conclusions:1. Strengthen the construction of information system, to better guarantee the people's health.2. Explore our own advantages, using marketing skills at the same time, in order to make aperfect medical tourism service system.3. Seize the political opportunity, through multi-canal financing system to raise healthsecurity industry to a new level.4. Perfect the mechanism of talents training system, training more competitive personnel toimprove our health industry's competitiveness on international.Innovation:1. Evaluating all the four modes of health service trade, and estimate their influence to therelated industries. The paper breaks the limitation of one part evaluation of previous literatures.2. Get an econometric method-panel co-integration analysis into the health service filed,expand the scope of application of this filed.
