The Clinical Contrast Application Research Of MRI Scoring System In Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To discuss the value of MRI scoring system to severity and clinical activity of hands and wrists rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Retrospectively analyze 66 cases who were finally diagnosed RA by ACR/EULAR newly published RA classification standard and scoring system. Record every patient's clinical data. Use international rheumatoid magnetic resonance scoring system(OMERACT RAMRIS) to evaluate all patients and compare with clinical data.Results In early RA patients, the synovitis score and total score correlate with SJC,TJC. Bone erosion score correlate with anti-CCP antibody. The synovitis score, bone marrow edema score and tatal score all correlate with ESR,CRP,DAS28(ESR),DAS28(CRP). Bone erosion score correlate with ESR DAS28(ESR),DAS28(CRP). In RA patients whose course greater than or equal to one year, the synovitis score correlate with SJC, and bone erosion score correlate with anti-CCP antibody.MRI various score and tatal score correlate with CRP,DAS28 (CRP). Bone marrow edema score correlate with ESR.In all cases MRI various score correlate with each other.The synovitis score difference between early RA and RA patients whose course greater than or equal to one year have statistical significance.The difference of SJC,anti-CCP antibody,ESR,CRP,DAS28(ESR),DAS28(CRP) between patient with and without bone erosion have statistical significance. The difference of SJC,TJC,ESR,CRP,DAS28(ESR),DAS28(CRP) between patient with and without bone marrow edema, with and without synovitis have statistical significance. In early RA patients the synovitis and bone marrow edema score differences between DAS28 (ESR) and DAS28 (CRP) stabilization, low, medium and high activity group have statistical significance. In RA patients whose course greater than or equal to one year, the bone marrow edema score differences between DAS28 (CRP) low, medium and high activity group have statistical significance.Conclusion The MRI scoring system have good value to evaluate severity and clinical activity of hands and wrists rheumatoid arthritis. MRI various score correlate with each other. Bone erosion score correlate with anti-CCP antibody.
