Objectives:To establish the steady model of hepatopulmonary syndrome and study the pathogenesis,at last we will know the clinical symptom and find the clinic medicine to defend the illness. Methods:The model is established in the Wistar rats by bile duct ligation. The rats are divided into two groups, one group is given the operation, the other is not ligated bile duct. After forty days, we will determine the pathologic changes of rat's livers. After sixty days and one hundred and twenty days, we will observe the mount of NO.In order to make sure that we are successful to establish the model, We must detect the oxyhemoglobin saturation and oxygen partial pressure. All the statistical analysis is done by SPSS 13.0 software..The data is ex pressed as mean±SD and the statistieal meaning of the differences between the two groups is determined by t test. P value<0.05 is thought as significant. Results:After the bile duct ligation, we will find the function and pathologic changes of rat's livers and the mount of NO increases. The model is meaningful. Conclusion: The model of hepatopulmonary syndrome through bile duct ligation is steady and durable, we can study the pathogenesis and find the clinic medicine to defend the illness.
