A Research Into The Chaowei Zhikangyin On The Efficacy And The Mechanisms Of The Insulin Resistance On Big Mouse Model With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objectives:The present study aims to observe the efficacy of the Chaowei Zhikangyin on experimental rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and discusse the Insulin Resistance (IR) mechanisms.Methods:SD rats 68, male and female, a week after adaptive feeding, randomly divided into two groups:the blank group 12 (asi),the module 56.the blank group were fed by common fodders,according to the improved method of building model with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, the module were fed by high-fat forage.raising six weeks later, two of the blank group and six of the control group(male and female evenly) were randomly sacrificed to be identifed the model of the nonacoholic fatty liver, the remaining 50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups evenly: (male and female evenly also)the model group,the CW high-dosage groups, CW medium-dosage group.the CW low-dose group,the melbine groups and each group are 10,to be perfusated next.All rats were sacrificed after Six weeks later, We take blood and hepatic tissue, take some blood ALT,AST,TC,TG,FINS,FBG,FFA,,TNF-α,leptin and APN; TC,TG,FFA of Liver; Observe the liver pathology and histological change;examine the spleen/body ratio,liver index; Calculate FIRI.Results:CW groups each ALT,AST,TC,TG,FFA,leptin,APN,and liver TC,,TG,FIRI. FFA are significantly superior to model group (P<0.05), and their were no evidence with meibine group (P>0.05)quite.Also with the liver pathology,spleen body ratio and liver index.While their were no statistical significance between adipo and TNF-αsimilarly.The results show that leptin had a positive corelation with FIRI(P<0.05),but their was no relation between FIRI and adipo,TNF-α(P>0.05).Conclusion:IR and NAFLD development is positively related to NAFLD's adipocytokine.And they influence each other to urge the NAFLD. The experimental results reveal that the Chao Zhikangyin is efective on NAFLD rats,showing up as protecting and restoring liver function,regulating blood and liver fat,improving IR and hyperleptinemia.
