In the development of Chinese medicine, qing dynasty is one of the peaks, has a wealth of jaundice theory and experience, influence on modern chinese medicine very deeply.ObjectiveThe purpose of the article is to study Chinese medicine academic better, to succeed and develop the theory of jaundice treatment, especially that of the qing dynasty. So that we can guide syndrome differentiation of jaundice treatment better and provide new ideas and information for future research and clinical treatment.MethodsTo collect the jaundice medical record of qing dynasty, arrange herbs, install the database, classify the herbs by herbs efficacy,herbs property,herbs taste and meridian tropism. Use the statistics method of frequency and cluster, study the law of the medication in jaundice treatment of the qing dynasty, try to find up the basic herbs.ResultThis study had refer to 38 books,23 of them had jaundice medical record and herbs were inhalansed in study; 2 of them had jaundice medical record without herbs and 13 of them had no jaundice medical record were no inhalansed in study. This study had included 189 medical record,203 herbal prescriptions, 138 of them for yin jaundice,50 of them for yang jaundice,15 of them for wen jaundice.197 kinds of herbs were used in the study,1617 times totally.Herbs used in jaundice medical record of qing dynasty, its main herbs property are warm and cold, followed by evenness herbs; its main herbs taste are pungent, sweet and bitter; its main meridian tropism are spleen and stomach, followed by lung and liver. Frequency of herbs classified by its efficacy, according to the order by many to less is dampness-draining diuretic medicinal,fill empty medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,qi-regulating medicinal,dampness-resolving medicinal,exterior-releasing medicinal,digestant medicinal,eliminating phlegm and stopping cough medicinal,interior-warming medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,purgative medicinal,wind-dampnessdispelling medicinal,hemostatic medicinal,liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing medicinal.Virgate wormwood herb,Agaric,Oriental water plantain,Indian buead,Largehead atractylodes rhizome,Liquoric root,Swordlike atractylodes rhizome,Tangerine peel,Officinal magnolia bark,Cape jasmine fruit and Cinnamon bark, are the basic herbs used for jaundice treatment of qing dynasty.ConclusionDoctor of qing dynasty consider that location of jaundice are spleen and stomach, correlate to liver and gall closely. nature of jaundice simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat, simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat. No matter yin jaundice, yang jaundice or wen jaundice, use warm and cole herbs at the same time, dispel dampness and clearing heat,invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen,relieving exterior syndrome and cleaning pathogenic factor are all therapeutic principles. So that dampness-heat,interior deficiency and pathogenic factor attack are the same homechanism of jaundice.Prescriptions made up by the basic herbs used for jaundice treatment of qing dynasty are effectively, worth to do more studies. |
