Discuss The Feature Of Syndrome Of The Classic Fundus Changes Of The Supernatural Pupil In The Disease Of The Supernatural Pupil On The Basis Of The Five Viscera Correlated Theory

Objetive:Discuss the Relation between the five internal organs and the classic syndrome of fundus changes of the Supernatural pupil,to reveal the feature of fundus changes of the Supernatural pupilMethods:The major study patients were from both parties:一.retrospective study:the inpatient were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Guangzhou University of TCM from January 2005 to December 2009, fundus changes manifest edema,hemorrhage and exudate, through the treatmemt of TCM and the tcm prescriptions to define the Relation between the five internal organs;二. prospective study:the inpatient and outpatient were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Guangzhou University of TCM from January 2010 to April 2011, all the fundus changes,FFA or OCT manifest edema,hemorrhage and exudate, were underway the questionnaire survey of correlation among five viscera, doctor give no hint in the process. After collect all the case, apply the statistical software of Stata, calculate the relation between the five internal organs and the fundus changes of the Supernatural pupil and draw the conclusion. Before the prospective study, all the patients in the study were explained the work-related condition of the study, and agreed.Results:Arrival at a conclusion after apply the statistical software of Stata,一.retrospective study:all the cases of the study were 165, the edema of fundus changes which count 77cases and 106 eyes is relate to liver,kidneys and spleen; the hemorrhage of fundus changes which count 79 cases and 106 eyes is relate to liver,kidneys and spleen; the exudate of fundus changes which count 90 cases and 128 eyes is relate to liver and spleen;all the fundus changes accompany stagnation二Prospective study:all the cases of the study were 37, the edema of fundus changes which count 26 cases and 35 eyes is relate to liver,kidneys and spleen; the hemorrhage of fundus changes which count 29 cases and 41 eyes is relate to liver,kidneys and spleen; the exudate of fundus changes which count 17 cases and 25 eyes is relate to liver,kidneys and spleen; all the fundus changes accompany stagnation.Conclusion:Arrival at a conclusion according to comprehensive analysis of the result of retrospective study and prospective study:1. The edema of fundus changes is relate to liver,kidneys and spleen; 2.The hemorrhage of fundus changes is relate to liver,kidneys and spleen; 3. The exudate of fundus changes is relate to liver and spleen;4. All the fundus changes accompany stagnation.
